The Kepler Building is Surrey Satellite Technology’s new bespoke technical building housing satellite assembly, testing and integration facilities.
With such delicate and expensive technology it is important that the internal walls of the Kepler Building are kept spotlessly clean, as well as easy to maintain and decontaminate.
CS Wallflex high performance finishes, with high chemical and abrasion resistance, were chosen to help the facility stay clean and contaminant-free even under tough decontamination regimes.
In addition, a bespoke black Wallflex finish was created for the sun sensor testing room where technicians need to view the full spectrum of a solar flare.
